Our Client’s Challenge:

We know we want to create a badge and certification onboarding program for 3 of our most important client-facing roles. How do we get started?

We worked hand-in-hand with Deluxe Media to design a comprehensive badge and certificate program that was both engaging and scalable. Starting from scratch, we focused on building a structure that allowed employees to progress through different levels of expertise, with each badge representing a key milestone in their development.

For example, employees in roles such as Subtitling Coordinator and Order Manager earned badges as they demonstrated proficiency in core tasks like project management, communication with corporate partners, and quality assurance.

  • Certificates for Mastery: Beyond badges, we created certificates that validated their completion of full learning pathways, giving them a formal recognition of their expertise. These certificates were designed not just to reward learning but to empower employees with tangible proof of their qualifications.
